CINDERELLA 2.0

You might remember these.  Since then, the metaphorical clock struck midnight and back those crystals morphed into a chandelier!

Same shoes, new mood.  Surely, they're the tackiest things I've ever created.  A masterwork?  Gene Simmons would be proud.

Fit for The Snow Queen (my favorite winter story, alongside Brave Irene.) You are a mad maker - I love it all.

You are such a great crafter!!!!!! Where did you find those mirrors? How difficult is it to cut those pieces? Ijust love your work!!!!!!!

6:32 pm- Yeahhh, yeah. I made these so I could fetch my groceries looking like Gene Simmons. Mission accomplished, I think.

6:33 pm- Thanks! I found an enormous bag of mirror scraps on ebay for next to nothing (1 lb? or was it 1 1/2 lb? for $6!) Amazing the things you can buy online. Anyway, I cut the shards with a glass cutter, crushed some, snapped others, just to make them as irregular as possible. It wasn't very difficult to cut the pieces, although it did get ugly at one point, when I got frustrated and started snapping them with my bare hands, haha...

A size 11-no wonder you make your own shoes!

Have you thought about decorating a Christmas tree with antique/vintage chandelier prisms and smoked mirror shards? Sounds fabulous! P.S. Have you worn the shoes or are they works of art?

Style Redux- Seeing as I've had crystals on the brain lately, yes, I've definitely given a crystal tree a thought. I'm sure it would be absolutely amazing, but oh my, the sheer number of crystals it would take! So, for now, I've settled on a miniature white one, decked in vintage pink ornaments. I'll post it soon!

No shame in size 11 - a long foot just looks that much sexier in pumps. I do admit though, braving those Nordstrom Rack special events, to find the right size present for your girlfriend, can be pretty intimidating.

I like these a lot - they remind me of Mombi. If I saw you walking down the street, I’d definitely pause to ogle

Jason- Fear not, shame is not in my vocabulary. Else, there'd be problems, ha.

If I ever decide to go pro, these will be my signature shows. It's the only thing I'll be keeping on so I might as well make them unique. lol
